Valencian Paella alla

Dish very famous traditional Spanish cuisine.

 

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • Onion 1

  • Peas 1 cup

  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Red peppers 2

  • Saffron 4 sachets
  • Chicken soup 3 dl
  • Rice 400g

  • Pepe q.b.
  • Tomatoes 1/2 kg
  • Lemon 1

Preparation

1 Put in a pan with the white wine half the onion and half of the parsley and add the mussels; cover them and boil until they are opened.
