What could be better than a plate of pasta salad with this hot summer?
I make them in so many ways but the following is what I prefer: tasty, consistent and fresh.
Ingredients for 4 people
- 400 g fusilli
- 250 g of growth
- a bunch of rocket
- 10 cherry tomatoes
- a spoonful of pickled capers
- oil and salt
Boil salted water and soon it's time to throw in the pasta and cook until al dente. When the pasta is cooking prepare the sauce.
In a large serving bowl we place growth, oil and salt and try to break up the cheese. Then we wash and cut the tomatoes into four pieces and pour them into the bowl. Add a handful of capers and mix it all. When the pasta is ready scoliamo and chill under cold running water, Then we put it in the bowl and mix it all. Sprinkle the dough with chopped arugula and serve.
